Sharing of data is fundamental to the principles of the new European Chemical Legislation (REACH) and one of the essential SIEF business tools.

On day 1 of module 4 of ETCIC's unique Postgraduate Certificate in REACH Management, delegates can hear how this can be managed. Patricia Jones of Hammonds leads the first day and here delegates will understand the legal implications of REACH in the context of your business. At the end of the day, delegates will

1. Understand how REACH impacts on confidential business information.

2. Know how they can protect your intellectual property and confidential business information in the context of REACH.

3. Be able to deal with their competitors: know how to avoid anti-competitive behaviour.

4. Have an appreciation of data sharing and working in a consortia with valuable practical tips.

5. Understand how REACH will impact on their contractual relationships and how to minimise liability for REACH issues.

The whole  course costs £4000. As part of module 4 alone, the cost is £1200, and just to do this day will cost £300 per delegate.
